Flow is designed to help motivate and push productivity while also setting reminders and tips on how to take mental health breaks as you work.

Kasi’s thesis, Flow, is centered around promoting a productive lifestyle. In today’s society people are expected to have the highest productive output, yet most people don’t know how to achieve that. Overworking can, and does often lead to burnout. Chronic burnout over time can lead to health issues, among many of them, memory loss. In order to combat the detrimental standard of overworking that society has curated,  Flow is designed to help motivate and push productivity while also setting reminders and tips on how to take mental health breaks as you work. Flow takes the form of a subscription box that contains various items that can be used to structure a personalized workflow system.
